We invest more than £1 million in developing our employees every, across a range of more than 300 different courses linked to the needs of the individual and the business.
Ringway actively supports the development of a safe, stable and skilled workforce that is competitive and competent. We are therefore working towards ensuring that all appropriate employees are registered under relevant externally accredited training scheme and awarding bodies.
We are a LANTRA registered, accredited training provider with in-house training and development provision. We deliver training on National Highways Sector Schemes for Quality Management in Highway Works 12A, B and C and D, installing, maintaining and removing temporary traffic management on rural and urban roads.
We recognise the importance of technical qualifications but also of the need for our Supervisors and Managers to be suitable skilled in the various aspects of management. We therefore have a range of development programmes aimed at people in these roles.
By mid 2019 we will also offer blended learning as well as e-learning to our employees.
