Phil Parslow

I am Ringway's Head of HS&E and head up our team of advisors who are there as part of the operational support at Business Unit Level.

In 2000 I took my first HSE job with Ringway as HS Advisor – In 2004 I was promoted to senior HSE Advisor with Ringway – covering ½ the country until the team grew. In 2009 I left and joined VolkerLaser Ltd as Senior HSEQ Manager where I was responsible for everything HSEQ and covering Civil Engineering, Build, Marine and Rail disciplines. Responsible for our HSEQ management systems. Here I was part of their SMT Team and the VW UK HSE steering committee.

In 2019 I returned to Eurovia as Senior HSE Advisor and then in 2022 promoted to Head of HSE for Ringway following the restructure. I am a Chartered HS Practitioner.

My Saturday's are taken up watching my lad play football across Herefordshire – he plays for a team called Malvern Town FC, who are half decent and we really enjoy taking walking my little American cocker spaniel for long walks!
